The Amaretti Nobili website is reserved to a public composed of Consumer Users, (hereinafter also referred to as “Customer” or “Clients”) understood as natural persons who, in relation to the purchase of Products, act for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out.
The Amaretti Nobili website is dedicated to B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales activity, for which it is expressly forbidden the indiscriminate collection of information through automated tools (so-called web scraping). Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to take legal action to enforce its rights.
Under no circumstances may the Customer alter, change, modify or adapt the Site, nor the material made available by Franco Vicenzi S.r.l.
The description of the Products offered on the Site has been prepared by Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. in order to offer the Customer sufficient information to evaluate the Product. The images of the Products are provided for illustrative purposes only; the Products may differ from what is represented. The images and colours of the Products published on the Site may differ from the real ones due to the local settings of the systems and/or tools used to display them.
Communications
Following a purchase, the customer may receive from Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. communications of a transactional nature such as taking charge of the order, issue of the invoice, and further communications that fall within the scope of the after-sales service.
Registration
Customers are given the option of registering on the Site, creating their own account after having read the Privacy Policy and clicking on the “Sign In/Register” box on the home page of the Site.
Registration on the Site is free of charge. To register, the User must complete the registration form, entering the required data (First Name, Last Name, address, date and place of birth, telephone and e-mail contact details) and a password, (also referred to as “Registration Credentials”). After completing the data entry, and giving confirmation, the User will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the link with which to finalise the registration, confirming that the e-mail address provided has been verified.
The use of the account is reserved exclusively to the User, and can not be transferred to third parties. The User is required to keep confidential its Registration Credentials, and agrees to notify Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. without delay if it has any suspicion of improper use of the same or of its account. The Registration Credentials may be changed by the Customer at any time within its reserved area or through the password recovery function.
The Customer is solely responsible for access to the Site using the Registration Credentials and is directly liable for any damage or injury caused to Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. or third parties as a result of violation of the rules arising from these Conditions or the law as a result of misuse, loss, misappropriation by third parties or failure to protect adequate secrecy of their Registration Credentials.
All operations carried out through the account, and the Registration Credentials are considered to have been carried out by the Customer to whom they refer.
The Customer warrants that the information provided during the registration process on the Site is complete, correct and true. In the event that false statements are made, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l., after formal and unaccepted invitation to self-correction, has the right to delete the account.
Only one registration per user is possible. Multiple registrations will be subject to cancellation.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, the registration of any user, also reserving the right not to accept orders, from anyone, which are abnormal in relation to the quantity of the Products purchased or the frequency of purchases made on the Site, as well as in relation to the improper or suspicious use of vouchers/discount codes.
The Customer may at any time cancel its registration to the Site through the appropriate section in the private area or by sending an e-mail to info@cavaliervicenzi.com with the subject “Account Cancellation [name-surname]”. Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the identity of the applicant.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Fundamental Provisions
Customers are given the option to register on the Site, creating their own account after reading the Privacy Policy and clicking on the appropriate The following conditions apply to all contracts concluded by Customers with Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. within its e-commerce.
As a Customer, understood as a natural person who, in relation to the purchase of Products, is acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the so-called Consumer Code) and its subsequent amendments and additions shall apply.
To conclude the purchase contract of one or more Products on the Site, the Customer must fill in an order form in electronic format and send it to Franco Vicenzi S.r.l., electronically, following the instructions that will appear from time to time during the navigation and that will accompany him in the different stages of the purchase.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, the Customer can identify and correct any errors in data entry by following the instructions from time to time indicated on the Site and that will accompany the different stages of the purchase; once the order form is registered, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. will send to the Customer, at the e-mail address indicated, an e-mail confirming the purchase, the information relating to the characteristics of the Products purchased, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the shipping costs and any additional costs. It is recommended to keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase or to store it on a durable medium.
The order form will be stored in the database of Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. for the time necessary to process the order and, in any case, within the terms of the law. To access his order form, the Customer can consult the section “My Account” of the Site, where he will find a list of all orders placed.
Subject matter of the contract and its conclusion
The object of the contract is the sale of food products on the Site.
The publication of a product on the Site represents an offer to the public, for which the Customer expresses his or her interest in purchasing it by placing it in the online shopping cart.
The online shopping cart system allows the customer to collect in a single order the products selected while browsing via the “add to cart” function. As long as the order is not finalised, the user has the option of freely modifying his or her cart by adding or removing products.
Before the order is sent, it will be possible to check and change the data entered in the order overview one last time or to abort the order.
By sending the order via the appropriate button (“buy now” or similar depending on the page the user is on), he confirms his legally binding acceptance of the offer, thus concluding the contract.
The order is finalised following the user's completion of contact and payment details, acceptance of the terms and conditions of use, and acknowledgement of the privacy policy.
The processing of the order and the transmission of all information necessary for the conclusion of the contract takes place by e-mail in a partially automated manner. We recommend that you check that your e-mail address is entered correctly and that you check your junk mail folder if applicable.
The Products shall remain the property of Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. until their delivery.
Prices and payment methods
If an instant payment method is used (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Satispay) you will be guided through the payment service procedure.
The price of the Products may be changed without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the Customer shall be the price published on the product sheet at the time the order form is transmitted.
The promotional offers published on the Site may have a limited time duration and be available in limited quantities. Orders received after the expiration of the promotion or when stocks are exhausted will be processed by Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. with reserve, possibly notifying the Customer of the impossibility to proceed.
All prices shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and include VAT. The price of delivery charges are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT. This amount will be highlighted separately on the order form prior to sending and on the order confirmation e-mail.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. shall process the purchase order only after receiving payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price, the shipping costs and any additional costs, as indicated in the order form.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or with whom disputes are pending.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the postal address indicated by the Customer in the order form. It is understood that the shipping address is the address indicated by the Customer in the order form and that this cannot be changed in any way after completion of the purchase process.
The Customer is solely responsible for the address provided for shipment. In order to avoid fraud, the delivery carrier reserves the right to check the identity of the Customer by checking an identity document, which proves the coincidence of the order and payment details. For the same purpose, it is necessary for the Customer to provide a telephone number - preferably a mobile telephone number - that may possibly be used during the transaction or shipment, as well as the name on the intercom or bell at the delivery address.
Shipping and delivery times are those indicated on the “Shipping” page or, if different, during the purchase process. In the event that a specific delivery time is not indicated, it shall take place no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the order is placed.
Delivery is deemed completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
The costs of the ordinary delivery service are indicated when filling out the order form.
In the event of delivery hindrances due to force majeure, such as strikes by delivery personnel and road blocks, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. cannot be held liable in any way.
In the event that the Product is not delivered or is delivered late, the Customer may complain to Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. by e-mail to the e-mail address on the contact page indicating the number of the order as reported in the order confirmation e-mail and the date of the order, as well as the data relating to the invoice if this has been issued. Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. will examine the complaint and notify the outcome to the Customer as soon as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the complaint was filed. If it appears that the non-delivery or the delay in the same are attributable to Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. and are not due to the impossibility of delivery already settled previously, to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure:
- in case of non-delivery, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. will proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of submission of the claim. The amount of the refund will be communicated by e-mail and credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, or by voucher. It is understood, however, that Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. disclaims any liability for any delays in the crediting of the refund which depend on the management system of the means of payment used by the Customer, by the bank of Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. itself or by the Customer's bank. This is without prejudice to the Customer's possibility of adhering to current commercial offers.
- in the event of delivery with a delay of more than 30 (thirty) working days with respect to the specific delivery date indicated on the Site or on the order form, if the Customer still wishes to retain the Products purchased, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. will proceed to refund any sums paid by the Customer for shipping costs, as quickly as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of submission of the claim. If, however, the Customer does not wish to keep the Products, the preceding paragraph shall apply.
In the event that one or more Products are not in perfect condition because they were damaged during transport, the Customer is required to report the incident, sending photographic documentation proving the damage, within 3 (three) days after delivery of the Products, by contacting the Customer Service of Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. by telephone on +39 (0)141 77024 or by e-mail by writing to the e-mail address: info@cavaliervicenzi.com. Following the appropriate checks, with the support of photographic material sent by the Customer proving the damage of the Products, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. undertakes to replace such Products with a new delivery or, if this is not possible, to refund the amount thereof; it is understood that, upon receipt of delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity and quantity of the goods received in the presence of the carrier, immediately contesting and reporting any tampering, deformation, damage or alteration found, noting it on the delivery receipt and, if necessary, rejecting the delivery; in the case of intact packaging, the Customer shall sign the delivery receipt, indicating the wording “we accept subject to control” in the space provided for notes, so as to reserve the right to verify the integrity and quantity of the goods received at a later date. The damaged Products must be returned to Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. with costs borne by the Customer within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, and in any case according to the arrangements for the withdrawal that the Customer will take care to reach by contacting the Customer Service by telephone on +39 (0)141 77024 or by e-mail by writing to the e-mail address: info@cavaliervicenzi.com. Only if the Customer will comply with the above procedures Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. will replace the damaged Products with a new supply or, if this is not possible, to refund the amount. The amount of the refund, including shipping costs of the return, will be communicated by e-mail and credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer or by voucher at the discretion of the Customer. It is understood that Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. disclaims any liability for any delays in the crediting of the refund that depend on the management system of the means of payment used by the Customer, the bank of Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. itself or the Customer's bank. This is without prejudice to the Customer's possibility of adhering to current commercial offers.
Right of Withdrawal
Il Cliente che ha acquistato Prodotti tramite il Sito ha diritto di recedere dal contratto concluso con Franco Vicenzi S.r.l., senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dalla data di ricevimento da parte del Cliente o di un terzo – diverso dal vettore incaricato della consegna – specificamente designato dal Cliente durante il processo d’acquisto del Prodotto oggetto della fornitura – per ciò intendendosi la data di consegna dell’ultimo prodotto, nel caso in cui i prodotti oggetto della fornitura vengano consegnati nell’ambito di più di una consegna. Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, il Cliente è tenuto a informare Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. della sua decisione di recedere dal contratto con essa concluso tramite dichiarazione esplicita in qualsiasi forma, indirizzata via mail all’indirizzo: info@cavaliervicenzi.com oppure spedita a Franco Vicenzi S.r.l., via Acqui, 46 – 14046 Mombaruzzo (AT). In tale dichiarazione, il Cliente dovrà in ogni caso indicare il numero dell’ordine così come riportato nell’e-mail di conferma dell’ordine e la data dell’ordine, oltre ai dati relativi alla fattura ove questa sia stata emessa. Il Cliente deve provvedere a restituire a Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. tramite consegna diretta ovvero spedizione, utilizzando un vettore a propria scelta e a proprie spese, senza indebiti ritardi e comunque entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dalla data di comunicazione del recesso, i Prodotti acquistati, corredati di tutti gli eventuali accessori. Il Cliente dovrà rispedire i Prodotti al seguente indirizzo: Franco Vicenzi Srl – via Acqui, 46 – 14046 Mombaruzzo (AT).
The term is respected if the Customer returns the Product before the expiration of the period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. For any information contact Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. by phone at +39 (0)141 77024 or by e-mail at: info@cavaliervicenzi.com is a necessary condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal the substantial integrity of the Products to be returned. The Products must be returned in a perfect state of resale, undamaged and never used. The original packaging must not have been compromised, and the items must be shipped in their original condition, inside a protective package suitable for transport, possibly using the arrival box.
For hygienic reasons, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. does not accept the return of goods that have already been used, even partially. Furthermore, return requests attributable to inappropriate use cannot be taken into consideration.
Subject to the fulfillment of the above conditions Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. will proceed to refund the cost of products paid by the Customer, without undue delay and in the shortest time possible and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer. The refund may be suspended until the receipt of the Product or until the Customer demonstrates that it has returned the Product, whichever is earlier.
The refund amount will be communicated by e-mail and credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer or by voucher, at the Customer's discretion.
It is understood, however, that Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. disclaims any liability for any delays in the crediting of the refund that depend on the management system of the means of payment used by the Customer, the bank used by Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. or the Customer's bank. This is without prejudice to the Customer's possibility of adhering to current commercial offers.
The right of withdrawal is excluded if the sale concerns custom-made or customised products.
Suspension of service
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the operation of the Site for the time strictly necessary for the technical interventions necessary and/or appropriate to improve the quality of the services offered.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. may, at any time, interrupt the service in the event of justified reasons (security or breach of confidentiality or whatever), in which case it shall notify the Customer.
Modification of the terms of sale and/or termination of the sale on the Site.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to change the methods of sale of the Products on the Site and/or to discontinue the sale of the Products on the Site.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. shall in no way be liable to the Customer or to third parties for such changes and/or if the sale of Products on the Site should cease.
Vouchers / coupons
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. offers the possibility, at its sole discretion, to receive discount vouchers. The discount vouchers may be distributed by Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. to its customers, actual or potential, for promotional or commercial purposes, in electronic or paper form, directly or through partner companies; by way of example but not limited to, the discount vouchers may be granted at the time of registration, or following registration and the first purchase of a new customer. Discount vouchers entitle the recipient to access the discount associated with them, subject to the limits described for each individual voucher.
The validity and value of the discount voucher are specified when the voucher is issued. In case of discount vouchers offered by Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. in correspondence with a specific offer, such vouchers cannot be used for other offers. In any case, the discount vouchers must be used within the expiration date specified at the time of issue.
Discount vouchers are neither transferable nor assignable. Discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash nor does interest accrue on them.
Discount vouchers cannot be used to settle shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept discount vouchers for orders below a minimum amount specified at the time the discount voucher is issued.
In the event that the amount of the discount voucher exceeds the amount of the purchase, Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. shall not refund or re-credit the remaining amount to the Customer.
If the Customer's order exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference in amount may be settled by the Customer using normal means of payment.
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to accept only one discount voucher per order.
In the event of returns following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, coupons will not be refundable.
Discount vouchers may only be used before the order process is completed. It will not be possible to redeem them at a later date.
Applicable law and competent photo
The General Conditions and the contracts of sale of the Products pursuant to them are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Judicial Authority of Turin, with the exception of disputes with Consumers, which shall instead fall under the jurisdiction of the Judicial Authority of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer-Client.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative Dispute Resolution is the term used to describe all the different ways of resolving a dispute, excluding legal means: typically a third party above the parties is used to act as an intermediary between the Seller and the Buyer.

Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. is not a member of any ADR entity referred to in Articles 141-bis et seq. of the Consumer Code.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Internet Site
Franco Vicenzi S.r.l. reserves the right to change the Site and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. at any time to offer new products or services or to comply with legal or regulatory provisions.
The Customer shall be subject to the policies and terms of the General Conditions of Sale in force from time to time at the time it orders products from Franco Vicenzi S.r.l., unless any changes are required by applicable law or competent authorities (in which case, they may also apply to Orders that the Customer has previously placed). Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions.
